Welcome to The Isle at Watercrest Bryan

At the Isle at Watercrest Bryan, we offer a variety of services to help our residents maintain the highest level of independence while also caring for them in areas where they need it most. We have levels of care that are assigned after an initial assessment with our Director of Health Services.

Levels of Care

Our levels of care are designed to cover the current individual needs at the time of the assessment. Assessments are typically conducted again 30 days after admission and every 6 months after, or sooner if there is a change in condition. Our care team includes nurses who are in the community around the clock, caregivers, and medication aids. The Isle at Watercrest Bryan care team has direct oversight from a Registered Nurse, otherwise known as our Director of Health Services.

Third-Party Provider Partnerships

We are partnered with a variety of third-party provider services including Select Rehab, nurse practitioners, podiatry care, and senior psych services for psychology and psychiatric care. We work with all sitter, home health, and hospice providers in the BCS area.

Daily Services

The Isle at Watercrest Bryan provides some of the same daily services offered by other communities, such as:

• 3 meals a day with food options and special diet needs
• Housekeeping and laundry up to twice a week
• An assortment of activities throughout the day
• In-house salon services
• Transportation to doctors’ appointments

Differentiating Services

We do have a few differentiating services:

• In-house nurse 24/7
• Caregivers at all times
• Use of pendant system (like a life alert)
• Access to Select Rehab (PT/OT/Speech therapy services) and Senior Psych
