Private Room Rates

Our private rooms with all-inclusive care are starting at $6250.00 per month.

Companion Room Rates

Our companion rooms are starting at $5200.00 per month.

Professional Staff and Training

Our staff includes nurses, CNA, and caregivers. All staff members are required to complete testing on Relias learning monthly to maintain their dementia certification.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through the use of cameras, locked gates, and doors. Additionally, families are welcome to place a monitor in their loved one's room.

Transition Support Services

Our psych team is available to assist residents with their transition into the community. We also offer service options for the family and host a monthly support group for families.

Transportation Services

While Iris does not provide transportation to doctor's appointments and other destinations, we can provide contacts for companies that offer these services.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes a Mediterranean diet with a Texas twist, featuring dishes like fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and Texas tea. Residents dine with peers, and an alternate menu is available if the main meal is not to their liking.

Resident Complaints and Issues

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can speak with the nursing team and the Executive Director to seek resolution.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community starts at $5,750.00, all-inclusive.

Family Communication Policy

Families are kept updated through assessment care plans with our nursing team and receive pictures from our activities team showing their loved ones participating in activities.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays with a minimum of a 30-day stay at $310 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Iris Memory Care

Iris Memory Care is stand-alone assisted living memory care that specializes in caring for folks with all forms of dementia. We are a small home-like environment in a small neighborhood in Turtle Creek. Our philosophy is a more intimate care program to meet the needs of our residents and their families. We have a personalized care program for each of our residents along with a volunteer program for our residents. We offer support groups for our families who are placing their loved one as well as encourage family connection and visitation.
