• Resident’s behaviors require moderate staff guidance
• Includes all services in the Silver Package

PLATINUM PACKAGE

Studio $8,990 per month

Displays maximum behaviors and needs assistance of up to 2 caregivers with:

• Bathing, dressing, grooming
• Incontinence management
• Transfers (including mechanical lift)
• 1:1 assistance with dining
• Resident’s behaviors require maximum staff guidance
• Includes all services in the Silver and Gold Package

INCLUDED AMENITIES

• Weekly housekeeping, laundry and linen change
• On-site 24 hour caregivers in a secured setting
• Licensed nurse on-site 40+ hours per week
• 24 hour on call nursing staff
