We have future residents on a waitlist for certain rooms. However, we currently have a couple of apartments available. What type of community are you looking for?

Our Professional Staff and Training

Our team includes RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, directors for different departments, and a maintenance team. We have an extensive onboarding process and provide Dementia training to ensure our staff is well-prepared to meet the needs of our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Every employee undergoes a background check and drug testing. We have several cameras around our community, in common areas, and outside areas. Visitors must sign into our Accushield system to ensure safe access. The doors to the community lock at 7 PM to further ensure resident safety.

Transition Support Services

We have a transportation manager that provides rides to doctor's appointments on Tuesday and Thursday, along with organizing outings. Are you looking for a specific outing?

Dining Experience

We provide an all-day dining menu along with 3 chef-prepared meals per day. Additionally, we serve breakfast until 3 PM.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our Executive Director has an open-door policy, and every complaint is taken seriously. If you do not feel comfortable going to our Executive Director or any of the other managers, you can reach out to the resident president.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community depends on the apartment and type of community you are in search of.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain an open-door policy and our Executive Director makes weekly calls to keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer a 30-day minimum respite stay, if available in your time of need. The cost for a 30-day respite stay is $5395.00.

Vaccinations

Residents are able to get Covid and flu vaccinations in the community.

Aging in Place
