Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

Our Care Team is led by our Wellness Director Crystal Carr- MHA, LPN and consists of Licensed Med. Techs, Licensed CNA’s and Caregivers. All are provided up to date training and continuing education opportunities – CPR, Med Pass, Dementia Education etc.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

Our Community is open to Family, Visitors and Medical Providers 8a-8p. We require all visitors to sign in and we keep records of community access.

The main entrance located in Assisted Living is accessible after hours by phoning the community – a Care Team Member will allow access if:

  • The visitor is a known family member.
  • If we have received prior notification about the visitor.
  • If it is a medical emergency.

Our Memory Care Neighborhood is secured 24/7 and accessible by Care Team, Management, and other Inlet Coastal Staff. Visiting Family, Friends & Medical Providers are granted access by Inlet Coastal Staff.

Memory Care has its own dining room, activity areas, and Calendar of Activities designed specifically for the needs of the residents.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Absolutely. Each Resident and Family are unique. We provide resources based upon the individual need.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

We have a 14 passenger Bus and Nissan Rogue. We provide transportation to and from Medical Appointments and Resident Outings – Shopping, Recreation, Lunch/Dinner Excursions.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

Our Director of Dining has over 15 years of culinary experience in Senior Services. She believes in feeding the body and mind the freshest ingredients possible and has phased out processed, pre-made and canned foods.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

Our Community Relations Director addresses the concern initially with the resident and or family to determine the nature of the issue and appropriate plan of action.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We believe communication is key! The entire Inlet Coastal Team keeps a watchful eye on each resident and reports any concerns or changes in resident condition or behavior to our Wellness Director and Executive Director.

We communicate any concerns to families directly via phone and email.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

We offer respite care – Two Week Minimum - $200.00 a day – Assisted Living $200.00 a day – Memory Care

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

We are pet friendly provided all vaccinations are current and you have provided us with the records. We do require a non-refundable pet fee.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Current Vaccinations are recommended.

Are residents able to age in place?

All residents may age in place with the proper care. We do not have a waitlist currently.
