All employees, numbering over 65, are required to have CPR and First Aid Certification, ensuring a high standard of safety and care within our facility.

Each resident benefits from an individualized care plan. For added security, all outer doors lock at a set time in the evening, and residents are equipped with an emergency pendant. Care staff are available on-site 24 hours a day.

A welcoming committee greets all new residents, and staff make an effort to introduce themselves to each new resident, facilitating a smooth transition into the community.

Dining Experience

Residents can choose from two dining times and sit with their friends. A weekly menu is delivered to each resident's apartment every weekend.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

An official complaint box is available, and monthly Resident/Staff meetings are held to address any concerns or issues.

Communication with Residents' Families

In accordance with state regulations, any change in a resident's condition is promptly communicated to their point of contact.

Yes, residents can age in place, staying in the same apartment through the end of life, whether they are in assisted living or independent living. We currently have availability in our large, one-bedroom apartments, which feature walk-in closets, a kitchen, and an outdoor patio.
