Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our team comprises LPNs, Med Techs, CNAs, and aides, all of whom undergo monthly training through Relais in addition to their initial training upon hire. Managed by Priority Life Care, our nursing department is overseen by an RN. We offer PT/OT services through Bayada Monday through Friday all day, along with Speech Therapy and wound care as needed. Vitas Hospice provides an aide Monday-Friday all day for our hospice residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

For the safety and well-being of our residents, each new resident receives a pendant for emergencies or when they need assistance. We also have a wander guard system for residents who may get confused or have dementia.

Transition Support Services

We assist our residents with their transition into the community, ensuring a smooth and comfortable process.

Transportation Services

Transportation is provided free within a 10-mile radius; beyond that, a fee applies.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is restaurant-style, with two meal options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Residents unhappy with their options can order from an "always available" menu.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Upon move-in, residents are introduced to all our department heads to address any issues. However, due to established relationships, most residents and their families prefer to come directly to me for guidance.

Cost of Living

Our rates start at $3494, with three levels of care available. Each additional level of care costs an extra $343.

Communication with Residents' Families

We designate a primary point of contact during the admission process, tailoring our communication to the family's preferences, whether for emergencies only or for all updates.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite stays start at $182 a day with a minimum 30-day stay, though 2-week stays may be possible depending on availability.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming residents and their furry friends.
