Personalized Service Fee

Based on individual needs and preferences, a personalized service plan is developed for each resident at Lakeside. Depending on the number and frequency of services, a resident may have a service level fee in addition to the basic fee. Prior to a move to Lakeside, and on a regular basis, our staff works with the resident, family and physician to assure your personalized service plan is tailored to your specific needs.

Service Level 1+ Basic Fee $500/month

Service Level 2 Basic Fee + $800/month

Service Level 3 Basic Fee + $1,100/month

Service Level 4 Basic Fee + $1,400/month

Service Level 5 Basic Fee + $1,700/month

Service level fees are subject to change.

How to make a reservation

• A one-time $5,000 non-refundable community fee is due upon execution of the agreement (if resident has previously paid this fee to any Immanuel community this fee is automatically waived).
• Pro-rated first month's rent is due upon move in.

The monthly service fees are guaranteed until June 30, 2024.

We have a full continuum of care at Lakeside offering the Lofts, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

The Lighthouse Services

The Lighthouse provides short-term rehab, outpatient therapy, and long-term care.
