Do we have a waitlist?
Yes, we are a short-term rehabilitation facility that holds 2 wings consisting of 35 single occupant suites for a total of 70 suite facility. We stay very full so in order to be added to our list we would need a referral from the hospital close to the time of discharge for your patient.
Pricing

Staff
We have RN’s, LVN’s, Physical Therapist and PT assistants, Occupational Therapist and OT assistants, Speech Therapist, Certified Nursing Aids, Certified Medication aids.
Safety
We have call lights in all of our suits and 2 call lights in the bathroom for our patient to get their needs met by the nursing staff.
Transition back to community
We have a Social Worker and Discharge planner to help set things up for when a patient returns home.
Transportation
If a patient needs to go to a follow up appointment pertaining to their recent hospitalization, we can help with transport within an 8 Mile Radius but we have to know ahead of time so put on the calendar.
Dining
Our guests either dine in the dining area restaurant style or dine in their room. One of our dietary team members visits them daily to take their orders for the next day. Our Chef has daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials. Family is able to order from the café and join their loved one for a meal.
Communication
We have an APP “How’s Mom” that helps with questions that family may have on their guest and they can see certain things like vitals etc. We have care plan meetings upon admission where the family meets with the Social Worker to discuss goals and plan for discharging back home.
Pet Friendly
Yes, we are a pet friendly community.
Note
We are short term rehab only no respite stays at this time. We ask all new guests if they have been vaccinated prior to admitting to facility. Unfortunately, no long-term care is available at this location.
