Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our team comprises RNs, LVNs, Certified Medication Aides, Certified Nurse Aides, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Licensed Social Workers. All staff members are required to maintain their licenses or certifications through ongoing training. Additionally, we provide various educational trainings on different topics throughout the year to ensure our team is up-to-date with the latest in care practices.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by setting individualized care plans. Our Interdisciplinary Team meets regularly to review and adjust these plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of each resident.

Transition and Support Services

To aid residents' transition into the community, we collaborate with home health providers and offer outpatient therapy for those eligible when they return home.

Transportation Services

Our facility provides transportation for residents to attend medical appointments, ensuring they have access to necessary healthcare services.

Dining Experience

We offer three meals per day, catering to residents who prefer to eat in their rooms or those who wish to dine in our communal dining room.

Grievance Process

Our grievance process allows residents and staff to report issues through a formal system, ensuring complaints are addressed promptly within three business days. I also make my cell number available for 24/7 contact.

Cost of Living

Our community accepts various insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. The private pay rate for a semi-private room is $195 per day.

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families informed about any new physician orders or changes in condition. Quarterly care conference meetings are held to discuss the resident's well-being, and families can call anytime for updates.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at the same private pay rate of $195 per day.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Household pets are allowed to visit for short periods, provided we have an updated list of the pet's vaccination records on file.

COVID-19 Vaccination

Residents wishing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine can have one provided. Currently, there is a waitlist for our secured unit males, but otherwise, we have no waitlist.
