Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
No, we do not currently have a waitlist.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and some major insurances in the area. Our private rooms are $320/day and our semi-private rooms are $295/day.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have our own nurses and STNAs on staff. All staff are trained and go through orientation. We also have doctors and nurse practitioners who come to the building, as well as a dentist, podiatrist, ear and eye doctor, psychiatrist and psychologist.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Our memory unit is secured. All visiting individuals are required to check into the building. Also, our doors lock from 5 pm-8 am.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have a social worker who can help assist with transition to community.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We offer transportation for resident appointments within a reasonable distance and time.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Residents receive three meals a day. They are able to eat in their room or in the dining room. If they do not like what is being served for a meal, they can call the kitchen and request something from our always available menu.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
Residents can let any staff member know that there is an issue. They can request care conferences or a meeting with management as well.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Our nurses will call with any changes, such as falls, and alert the family. Families are welcome to call/come in and get an update on their family member as needed. Also, a care conference can be requested.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We offer respite stays. The cost is the same as the private pay rates listed above.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We do not allow pets to live in the building, although we do allow visits. You must provide proof that the pet is up to date on all shots before they can visit.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Residents are able to get the vaccinations in the community. Flu shots are done in the building yearly, while COVID shots are typically done outside of the building. Nursing can provide more information on vaccinations.
Are residents able to age in place?
We offer long term care, but we do not offer independent or assisted living arrangements. No, we do not currently have a waitlist.
