Our Nursing Staff
Our Nursing Assistants, LPN’s and RNs are all board certified. Ongoing training occurs throughout employment at HHR for specialized care of the elderly.

Wander guard system and secure unit for the safety of residents.
Activities and Support
Daily activities and social services support to aid residents in transition into the community.
Transportation
Facility van transportation available.
Dining Facilities
Large dining room on the 1st floor and smaller dining rooms on 3rd and 4th floors for more intimate dining available.
Handling Concerns
Concerns are addressed promptly with a process facilitated by our social work team.
Communication with Families
Communication with residents’ families is maintained with any change of condition as well as routine care conferences.
Care Services
We offer short- and long-term care as well as respite. As I mentioned, the private rate is $412/day for a semi/private room.
Pet Policy
We do not have pets that live here daily but we do allow pets to visit as long as they are friendly and up to date on all vaccines.
Vaccinations
Yes, we offer all vaccines.
Aging in Place
Yes, residents are able to age in place.
Availability
