Staffing

Assisted living has two nurses, and two CNA’s at all times. Our Memory Care unit has one nurse and three CNA’s at all times. Every nurse is licensed and every CNA is certified.

Individualized Care

Each resident has an individualized care plan to meet their specific needs. Staff goes over safety courses every month including fire drills, tornado drills, severe weather drills, etc.

Move-In Coordinator

Our move-in coordinator helps the new residents with their transition into the community. Checking in on them daily, reminding them of activities and social events so they can hopefully get acquainted with other residents and make friends!

Transportation

Every Tuesday and Thursday, our transportation bus takes residents to and from appointments. It is a first come, first serve basis. Every Wednesday, the bus takes the assisted living residents on an outing. Sometimes it’s a restaurant or consignment store, and sometimes it’s the grocery or casino. They are planned months in advance.

Dining Experience

We treat our dining experience like a restaurant. The residents sit wherever they’d like and the kitchen staff take the orders and deliver the food to the table or the resident can take it to-go. If they wish for the food to be delivered to their room, they must tell their CNA and it will be delivered for an extra charge.

Resident Complaints

If a resident has a complaint, they can fill out a compliance form that we keep at the front reception desk, they can attend the resident council meeting that takes place every month with administration present. Or they can simply find admin walking around and ask them.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in the community depends on multiple things. Whether it's independent living, assisted living or memory care. The type of room, a studio, studio deluxe, one bedroom or two bedroom. And finally, the skilled care level that the resident needs, the lowest level being around $750 and the highest level being around $2900. We have seven skilled care levels in our facility.

Emergency Communication

If something serious were to happen with a resident, like a fall or emergency, the nursing staff will reach out to the family to inform them. Day-to-day communication with the resident will be up to the family to communicate with the resident. We provide a landline phone in every room.

Respite Stays

We offer respite stays that cost $275 a day.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly with a one-time pet fee of $500.

Waitlist

We do not currently have a waitlist.

Vaccinations

In the later months of the year, our pharmacy comes in to offer flu and covid vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents can age in place.
