Staff Overview and Training

All our staff, which includes LVN, CNA, Medication Aides, and caregivers, undergo monthly trainings. They are also required to complete an 8-hour orientation that includes 4 hours of dementia-specific training.

Resident Safety and Well-being

To ensure resident safety, we conduct 2-hour checks on all our residents and have motion sensors in their rooms that we activate while they are resting or sleeping. Engaging residents in meaningful activities is also a priority for us.

Support During Transition

We aim to provide support during the transition into our community by taking the resident "under our wing" to ensure a smooth process. We understand that this transition can be challenging for both residents and their loved ones, so we offer extra support during this time.

Transportation Services

While we do not offer transportation services, we bring many professionals into our building to alleviate some of the transportation burden from families.

Dining Experience

Residents are provided with three well-balanced meals daily, along with three snacks. We pride ourselves on offering meals that are always fresh and never frozen.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Our HSD and ED are attentive to the community's needs and are willing to assist with or listen to all complaints. They share their contact information easily to ensure families feel comfortable with the care being provided.

Cost of Living

The cost of living at Hudson Creek starts at $5,750.

Communication with Families

Our nurses/supervisors regularly update family members about any changes or incidents, such as falls or medication changes, and whether their loved ones are having a good day. We encourage families to call and check in as often as they like.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite care for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 21 days at a rate of $200 per day.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community; however, residents are not allowed to keep their pets with them in our facility.

Room Availability

We currently have a waitlist for private rooms, but our companion suites are available.

Vaccinations

We host annual Flu Clinics for our residents, providing easy access to vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place, and we offer two different dining rooms and two different TV rooms to accommodate varying needs.
