Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We have an RN that oversees our clinical needs for our residents. Our Resident Care Assistants are not CNA’s.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our residents are given security pendants to wear at all times while in or around the ALF. If their button is pressed, we can easily locate and attend to their needs.

Transportation Services

Yes, for local area only MD appointments, bank, hair, and/or pet vet appointments.

Dining Experience

They’re provided with 3 full meals, which is included in their unit cost.

Resident Complaints and Issues

The resident and/or family member would reach out to our Resident Care Coordinator. They will investigate and involve upper management if needed. Maintenance needs are entered into a computer program by our RCC and our Maintenance Director resolves them.

Cost of Living

Cost was included in the Information Packet previously provided, but I will attach again to this email.

Communication with Residents' Families

Only in case of emergencies or if noting a Change in Condition that needs addressing. We keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being through emails and/or phone calls.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Not at this time. How much does this cost?

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, the cost is $50/month.
