Staff and Training

We have R.Ns. , LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs. Most are CPR certified and they undergo state and corporate training in long-term care periodically, along with participating in nurse meetings.

Safety Measures

We have door alarms and cameras in place, with staff monitoring to the best of their ability, as well as fall mats in rooms for those who need them.

Activities and Community Integration

We provide activities such as one-on-one, group, and social service visits. Additionally, some residents help ease others into the new community. We encourage decorating rooms to resemble home as much as possible.

Transportation and Outings

We offer transportation to and from appointments and organize shopping rotation trips.

Dining Options

We have a large and small dining area where residents can choose to eat, or they may eat in their rooms. Our open dining offers coffee, tea, ice water, sodas, and juice, along with a meal of the day and an alternate menu to choose from.

Communication and Feedback

Residents are welcome to approach me or the administrator with concerns, which we handle immediately.

Payment Methods and Rates

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, long-term insurance, and Private Pay. Private Pay and long-term insurance are based on levels of care, ranging from 1-4. Private rooms are $336-$356 a day, while semi-private rooms are $322-$342 a day, both requiring a $300 admission fee.

Family Notification

We notify family members of any significant changes, medication changes, new orders, and/or doctor appointments.

Short Term and Respite Care

We offer short-term and respite care, billing the daily level care rate, unless it is a skilled stay paid for by Medicare.

Pet Policy

We allow pet visits but unfortunately do not allow pets to live in the community.

There is no waitlist at this moment.

Vaccinations

We offer flu and COVID-19 vaccines.

Facility Type

We are an independent to final stage facility. Residents are blended here, and we do not have separate halls or communities.
