PERSONAL CARE & ASSISTANCE

The care and support each person requires can be unique. Using ongoing individualized care assessments, custom care plans are created for each resident based on the care services they need. Care & assistance fees are calculated with a daily point system that is determined by specific blocks of time allotted for each type of care and support so you only pay for the specific services needed and the time spent for each.

We have ongoing training in Assisted for all team members which consists of nurses, Medication Managers, Care Managers, Life Enrichment Director, Assisted Living Director, and dining staff.

We have a concierge available 24/7 along with security cameras. Every visitor has to check in with the concierge.

Our whole team supports all incoming residents; we don’t have one designated team member for this.

Yes, we offer transportation within a 10-mile radius.

Dining Experience

All three meals are included in Assisted Living. It’s restaurant-style, so residents order off the menu, which includes weekly specials as well.

Residents would address any complaints or issues with our Executive Director.

We maintain weekly email communications and day-to-day communications as needed to keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Respite in Assisted Living is available at $275 a day.
