Yes. We are currently on a waitlist for independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Staff and Training

Our current direct care staff includes LPNs, CNAs, DCAs, and RMAs. Our staff receives monthly in-services and dementia training.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our community is staffed 24/7 according to level of care needs for our residents. We also use a Call Pendant for our Residents in Assisted Living and a Wander Guard system for our Memory Care Residents.

Transition and Transportation Services

Yes. We will assist with transportation. If we are unable to provide transportation, we will assist with finding alternative transportation.

Dining Experience

We feel that food is a crucial element in our lives. We pride ourselves on delivering a signature dining experience to our residents to enrich their daily experience. Our residents are plate served three meals daily, and snacks are available 24/7.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our management team has an open door policy. If a resident has a concern/complaint, they can come directly to our director, resident care director, or any member of our management team. In addition, our residents meet monthly for resident council which gives them an opportunity to bring up their concerns in a public setting with their peers.

Communication with Families

We will contact the resident’s POA and/or emergency contact whenever the resident has a change in condition or needs. We prefer to reach out by phone. If we are unable to reach them by phone, we may try alternate methods such as email or text.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes. We do offer Respite Stays (upon room availability). Our Respite Rate is $250 per day. This is an all-inclusive rate. Respite Stays Require a Minimum 7 day stay to a Maximum 30 days.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes. We are Pet-Friendly. Residents may have pets live with them (excluding memory care residents) so long as they are able to take care of the pet. Families may also bring pets for visits. Pets must be up to date on vaccines.

Vaccination Services

Yes. We hold annual Flu Vaccines Clinic for our Residents and other Vaccines Clinics, as needed.

Aging in Place

Yes. Our community is designed for a resident to be able to age in place. We have multiple residents living with us today who are under Hospice Care. Please refer to disclosure statement for more information about conditions that would require skilled nursing and not appropriate for assisted living.
