Our rates depend on the care that each person requires and we prefer discussing it in person as sometimes it depends on the individual.

Transportation Services

Transportation assistance is provided for residents to attend doctor appointments, but this service is limited to the Cartersville area.

Dining Experience

The dining experience is designed to resemble a restaurant-style setting. Residents are served at their tables with a set menu that is adjusted according to individual dietary needs and preferences. The staff ensures that all residents are satisfied with their meals, offering substitutions when necessary. The facility handles all cleaning after meals, creating a hassle-free dining environment for residents.

Staff and Medical Assistance

The community is staffed with medical technicians (med techs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and medical assistants. Additionally, outside agencies provide home health and hospice care services. In-house physical and occupational therapy services are available, along with a hospice nurse and a site nurse for psychiatric evaluations as needed.

Safety Measures

For resident safety, the facility is equipped with pull cords in all bathrooms and provides life alert pagers for immediate assistance. The community is a locked facility, ensuring security at all times. Family members are given pendants to allow for easy access when visiting their loved ones.

Addressing Complaints

Residents and their families can address complaints directly to the staff, including contacting Erica McDaniel, who is in charge of admissions and marketing. A complaint box is also available and checked regularly to ensure that any issues are promptly addressed.

Communication with Families

The facility maintains open lines of communication with the families of residents through email, phone calls, and letters. Direct calls are made to the first person of contact listed on the emergency sheet, or to the power of attorney (POA) if applicable, followed by the next person of contact.
