At the heart of Highland Springs are our independent living options, which include both one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. These living spaces range in size from 700 square feet to an expansive 2,000 square feet, designed to suit a variety of lifestyle preferences and needs. Our independent living apartments come with an entrance deposit that is 90% refundable upon the resident's departure. The community prides itself on offering a range of amenities and services to enhance the living experience of our residents.

Assisted Living and More

For those requiring additional support, Highland Springs offers assisted living, memory care, nursing, and rehabilitation services. These services are provided in dedicated areas of our campus, ensuring that residents receive specialized care tailored to their specific needs.

• Transportation: To facilitate easy access to shopping and other activities outside the community, Highland Springs provides bus or shuttle services for its residents.

• Communication with Family and Friends: To keep residents connected with their loved ones, Highland Springs has developed an app. This app allows for easy communication and updates, ensuring that family and friends are always just a click away.

With approximately 1,500 residents, Highland Springs is a large campus that offers a luxurious yet comfortable environment. The community is designed to support aging in place, allowing residents to transition between levels of care as needed without having to leave the familiar surroundings of Highland Springs.
