Highland Cove Living Options

Highland Cove offers both Assisted Living and Independent Living. Our leadership team includes an Executive Director, Sales Director, Business Office Director, Assisted Living Director, Maintenance Director, and Dining Director.

Assisted Living Care

We have care staff available around the clock in our assisted living facility. For those in independent living, we provide a pull cord in the bathroom for emergencies. Residents in independent living also have a check-in button to notify the front desk of their well-being each morning. If a resident misses two meals, our staff will call and check on them, ensuring a balance of independence and safety.

Welcome Process for New Residents

As the Move-in Coordinator, I ensure new residents are warmly welcomed. We set up Resident Ambassadors to visit and answer any questions. A magnet with our main contact number is placed on their refrigerator for easy access to assistance.

Dining Experience

Our dining room offers restaurant-style dining with two specials per meal and a lighter fare menu, providing a variety of choices.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation for residents to attend physician appointments and weekly shopping trips organized by our activity team.

Direct Access to Executive Director

Residents can directly address any concerns with our Executive Director.

Cost of Living

The cost of living at Highland Cove varies depending on the need for assisted or independent living.

Communication with Families

Our assisted living staff promptly inform families about any changes, falls, or illnesses. In independent living, the Executive Director will notify families if a change in a resident's condition is observed, sometimes leading to a transition to assisted living.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, with costs varying based on the level of care required.

Pet Policy

We welcome pets at Highland Cove. Dogs up to 30 pounds are allowed, and all pets must have up-to-date vaccinations before joining our community.
