Yes, and it depends on the floor plan and level of care.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

RN, LPN, CNA, RMA, Geriatricians/Physicians, PT, OT, Speech.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

All doors are locked 24/7. Residents and their designee have key fobs that allow entry at any point. Security is on-site from 7P-7A.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We offer a buddy system where we pair current and new residents to assist with acclimation to the community.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

FREE within a 15-mile radius.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

Restaurant style dining. We offer room service at a nominal fee. All three meals are included in your monthly rate.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

It truly depends on the issue/complaint but it will be addressed with the appropriate department head and if they are unable to address it, then the Executive Director will take over.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We facilitate care plan meetings quarterly to update the family on any changes. For emergencies/hospitalizations, we update the family immediately. We have social workers on site that continuously communicate and educate families.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

We do offer 30-day respite ONLY. The rate depends on the level of care and floor plan.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, we have many residents with cats and some with dogs. A one-time $500 deposit required.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, and we host clinics throughout the year.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes, our 6 levels of care allow residents to age in place. Residents may also stay in their same apartment from independent living through all 6 levels of assisted living. Essentially, the care comes to you, not the other way around.
