Our price structure is all inclusive which means there is no additional fee for care. For 2023 pricing, please see below:

Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We have several teams within the community from maintenance & housekeeping, dining services, nursing services, business office services, activities service, marketing/move-in coordinator, reception and our Executive Director. The type of training for each department varies but every employee has requirements of ongoing training to fulfill on a monthly basis. We employ RNs, LPNs, CNAs, dietary aides, cooks, housekeepers, receptionist, maintenance assistants, dining assistants and more. Some of the training is standard such as HIPAA, Sexual Harassment, Food Safety, etc. Some is specific to seniors such as Dementia, Resident Rights and more.
Resident Safety and Well-being Measures
We have ongoing health assessments, weight and blood pressure checks, and we also have nursing on staff. We partner with visiting providers for PT, OT and ST as well as visiting physicians. Each resident has an emergency alert system in the apartment to call for help on demand. We also have routine fire drills, evacuations and missing person drills. There is also a visiting nutritionist.
Support Services for New Residents
We have residents who volunteer as welcome ambassadors and they invite the new resident to meals and programs. We also have an interview with our Director of Resident programs to learn of the new resident’s likes and dislikes and to be certain there are activities on the calendar that the new resident enjoys and would like to attend. There is also a health assessment completed within 48 hours of the move-in.
Transportation Services
We provide scheduled transportation to doctor visits, shopping and planned outings.
Dining Experience
We serve three meals/daily in our restaurant style dining rooms. Residents are served by our dietary aides. There is a hot breakfast special/daily and two specials for both lunch and dinner. In addition, there is an always available menu of options that can be ordered at any time should the resident not care for one of the specials. We also serve a salad of the month that can be ordered in place of the lunch/dinner specials. Our meals are made in house and we also provide daily snacks. Our menu is a traditional, American menu with selections such as pork tenderloin, spaghetti and meatballs, taco salads and more. Homemade desserts are also provided daily. Each meal is served within a two hour window and residents can dine during that window during the time that suits them best. Residents also serve on a dining committee to provide feedback to the director of dining and make resident requests known on a monthly basis.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Typically the concern is brought to the director of the department regarding the issue (leaky toilet would be maintenance director, medication concern would be Director of Nursing, etc.) We do also have a formal written concern policy that is handled by our Executive Director.
Cost of Living
I am not certain what you are asking- are you asking for our monthly pricing? Or are you asking more about our city’s demographics? Our monthly pricing was listed in my previous email.
Communication with Resident's Families
Prior to move-in, it must be established who the resident POA or designee is for communication. Once a resident is living with us, concerns would be addressed to designees by department. We host a managers daily meeting every morning and any concerns are discussed at that time and the person responsible for addressing the designee is determined. We also utilize a system called “Caremerge” and this is specifically intended for communication with family or designees about social well-being and programs. It is an app that can be utilized to see what’s going on at the community and provides an avenue to talk with our Director of Resident Programs.
