Admissions and Availability

At Heritage Park, we currently do not have a waitlist, allowing for immediate consideration of admissions for prospective residents in need of our care services.

Rehabilitation Services

Our facility offers a variety of rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech language therapies. These programs are tailored in frequency and intensity to help residents return home safely and continue life with the skills they need for independence.

Memory Care Center

The Memory Care Center at Heritage Park is specifically designed for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other memory impairments. We utilize a structured, research-based program that follows a person-centered philosophy of care to support our residents.

Staffing

Heritage Park is staffed with a team of healthcare professionals including RNs (Registered Nurses), LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses), QMAs (Qualified Medication Aides), and CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants). Additionally, we have a house doctor and a house nurse practitioner to ensure comprehensive medical oversight.

Safety Measures

For the safety and convenience of our residents, each room is equipped with call lights, as well as additional call lights in every bathroom, to ensure prompt assistance when needed.

Grievance Policy

Residents' concerns are taken seriously at Heritage Park. We have a detailed grievance policy in place, with a designated grievance official responsible for addressing and resolving any issues that may arise.

Family Communication

Communication with families is vital to our operation. Heritage Park maintains a Facebook page for updates and also sends out traditional mail invitations for events such as our recent Christmas party.

Dining Experience

Our dining service features a set menu with a variety of always available alternatives to accommodate individual preferences and dietary needs. Upon admission, we inquire about food likes and dislikes to ensure a personalized dining experience. Our kitchen staff includes chefs and dieticians who work together to provide nutritious and enjoyable meals.
