Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff are state and federally certified and undergo schooling to work in the facility. They are provided with 12 hours of continuous education throughout the year to maintain their certification.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We strive to ensure our residents remain safe at all times by anticipating their needs, ensuring compliance with medication regimens, assisting with their daily activities, and maintaining their highest level of functions.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

Our social worker, therapy department, and nursing staff collaborate closely with patients and their loved ones to ensure successful transitions within the facility and back to the home. Recommendations for home therapy and nursing home health needs are made by the therapy and nursing teams. We also make referrals for additional assistance at home to ensure safety and success.

Transportation Services

We work with transportation companies to ensure residents get to their appointments on time.

Dining Experience

Our residents enjoy meals in a dining room where they can socialize with other residents. We have a cook and dietary aides who ensure residents get the meals and drinks they enjoy.

Complaint and Issue Resolution

Residents may reach out to myself or the social worker for handling any complaints. We also have a volunteer ombudsman who visits weekly and communicates concerns to us. We take complaints and issues very seriously and ensure they are handled in a timely manner.

Cost of Living

The cost for a semi-private room is $270 per day, and $290 per day for a private room. Some residents may qualify for Medicaid based on their financial situation. We assist families and residents in setting up Medicaid if needed.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain HIPPA compliance within the facility. For residents of sound mind, we ensure they approve the sharing of information with families. For those deemed incompetent, the Health Power of Attorney (HPOA) is always informed of any changes.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer short term rehab and respite stays. The cost is the same as for long-term stays.

Pet-friendly Policy

We are a pet-friendly facility. We ask that any visiting animals are fully vaccinated and on a leash at all times.

Vaccinations

Yes, our pharmacy allows us to obtain Covid and flu vaccinations for residents.
