Overview of Staff and Training

Our community is staffed with a Health Service Director who is a nurse, a Resident Care Coordinator, medication assistants, and caregivers. New employees undergo initial training that includes shadowing our leads, and we provide ongoing training twice a month for all staff.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

We have a comprehensive call button system for emergencies and daily care needs. Our staff is attentive to residents' routines and notifies the nurse of any concerns. We also offer various support services including home health, hospice, x-rays, and labs.

Transition Support Services

Transportation Services

We offer transportation to doctor appointments and activities as part of our activity schedule.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience features restaurant-style dining with a chef-designed menu. We accommodate special diets and offer a weekly menu along with an always available menu.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can report complaints to caregivers, medication assistants, or the concierge for maintenance requests. Supervisors handle these issues, with escalation to the Executive Director if necessary.

Cost of Living

Cost varies based on apartment type, size, and care needed. Initial pricing is provided via email.

Communication with Residents' Families

We ensure families are kept informed about their loved ones' well-being through updates from our staff, including the Health Services Director, Resident Care Coordinator, and Executive Director. We also communicate via text and email for significant events.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays in our assisted living community at $250 a day, excluding our memory care community.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pets with a one-time fee of $1000.

Vaccination Clinics

Yearly vaccination clinics are held within the community for Covid and flu vaccinations.

Age in Place

Our community supports aging in place, with most residents staying through end of life. We facilitate in-home care, home health, and hospice to avoid unnecessary moves to nursing homes, though some situations may require it.
