Cost Information by Service Line

Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

We do not have a waitlist on Memory Care and Assisted Living Service lines at this time.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We clinically employ RNs, LPNs, and CNAs here, all licensed through the State of Indiana. We also have full teams of dietary, life enrichment, and environmental services professionals!

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We do have a Wanderguard system for residents that are at risk of elopement, as well as a very active activities department!

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We have a Social Services Director that assists in all transitions home, we also offer outpatient therapy services here at Hearthstone!

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes, our facility does have a bus that residents may book for taking to appointments and other outings.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We have 3 dining rooms at our facility for each of our service lines, as well as offer in-room dining to those that prefer to stay in their apartments.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

All staff have the availability to enter a resident concern on a digital system, and our Social Services Director reviews all concerns and responds accordingly.

What is the cost of living in your community?

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

Resident First Meetings are held regularly with families with our SSD, nursing team, and therapy departments. Families are also notified by our clinical team when a change in condition occurred.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

We do offer respite stays on all service lines, if you let me know what specific service line you are interested in I can give you more information!

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, we allow pets on Assisted Living.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, we offer vaccinations at the campus, but residents are welcome to go outside into the community for any healthcare needs.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes, we try our best to let residents age in place on our service lines, as long as they are safe to do so! We do not have a waitlist on Memory Care and Assisted Living Service lines at this time.
