Semi Private: $3000.00

Small Private: $3250.00

Large Private: $3500.00

Level One: No additional fees:

• All utilities except a private telephone
• WIFI
• Three nutritious menu selected meals a day
• A variety of healthy snacks
• Housekeeping
• Linen and laundry services
• Daily recreational and social activities

Level Two: $200.00 Additional:

• All services included in level one
• Minimal assist with showers
• Medication management

Level Three: $400.00 Additional:

• All services included in level one and two
• Extensive assist with ADLs
• Diabetes management

There is a non-refundable $1000 move in fee for private pay residents.

Dedicated Team of Caregivers

Our dedicated team of caregivers is available 24/7 and holds level one fingerprint clearance cards. Each caregiver is also certified in CPR and first aid. To ensure the highest quality of care, they undergo an extensive hands-on training post certification.

Regular Check-ins

We perform regular check-ins on our residents multiple times a day. Additionally, we can integrate more frequent monitoring into a resident’s individual service plan according to their needs.

Transportation Services

We offer reliable transportation for our residents to and from doctor’s appointments within the local area, ensuring they receive the medical care they need without any hassle.

Resident Well-being and Emergency Contacts

To uphold our commitment to resident well-being, the contact number for the ombudsman is visibly posted in the common area, accessible for all complaint resolution needs. Our policy mandates that we notify the resident’s emergency contact regarding any incidents or significant changes in their condition.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We are able to accommodate short-term or respite stays for residents who are private pay or UHC LTC only, but not hospice.

Pet Visits

While we welcome pets for visits to encourage emotional well-being, please note that pets are not allowed to stay permanently at our facility.

Availability and Vaccinations

We currently do not have a waitlist. Additionally, we are equipped to offer vaccinations on-site to promote the health and safety of our residents.

Aging in Place

We provide our residents with the ability to age in place, ensuring continuity of care in a familiar and comfortable environment as their needs evolve.
