Overview of Staff and Training
Our staff includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs, MTs, and RAs, all of whom are properly trained and have dementia certification. They undergo a Direct Care training course and participate in annual education on laptops for the care being provided.
Safety and Well-being Measures
In our memory care unit, we ensure security with a code-required entry and exit. Main doors lock from 8pm to 8am. Emergency pull cords are available in bedrooms and bathrooms, alongside a pendant system. We conduct monthly fire drills and require visitors to sign in and out. Residents leaving the community must also sign out.
Transition Resources and Support Services
We offer access to community resources like Adult Transitional Care, Elder Life, and Steinbacher Law firm for financial assistance. Our conference room houses a “resource center” with flyers and business cards to learn about services offered in our community.
Transportation Services
Complimentary medical transportation is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for appointments within 10 miles. Other transportation needs can be arranged through CATA or other services.
Dining Experience
Our restaurant-style dining serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main dining room. Residents choose their meals daily from the main or al a carte menu. Meals are served at 8am, noon, and 5pm. Room tray service is available for a $15 fee per meal.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
A grievance book at the front desk is available for expressing concerns or complaints, which our management team will address. We recommend reporting issues within 2 hours of occurrence. Our contract includes a detailed complaint procedure.

Communication with Residents' Families
Updates on residents' well-being are communicated to families, ensuring they are informed about their loved ones.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Respite care is offered for 30 to 60 days at $220/day for personal care and $250/day for memory care. These stays are furnished and all-inclusive.
Pet-Friendly Community
We welcome pets with a one-time fee of $500, provided residents can care for their pets independently.
Vaccination Services
Covid and flu vaccinations are administered by our pharmacy, with sign-ups available at the front desk.
Aging in Place
Residents can age in place with levels of care that transition as needed, including end of life/hospice care.
Availability
We currently have availability in Assisted Living and Memory Care, offering Studio, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom Apartments.
