Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes a variety of professionals such as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and caregivers. They undergo comprehensive training at our facility to ensure they are well-equipped to provide exceptional care.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, the very front door locks from 8 PM to 8 AM. All other doors around the building remain locked all day long.

Support Services for Transition into the Community

We offer a "welcome team" to greet new residents and answer any questions they may have, aiding in their transition into the community.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation services for residents to and from doctor appointments within a 10-mile radius of our building. Additionally, we offer trips to grocery stores every Monday morning and other local stores on Thursday mornings.

Dining Experience

Our large dining room offers an experience akin to dining at a restaurant, ensuring residents enjoy their meals in a comfortable and pleasant environment.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

If a resident has a complaint or issue, we ask that they follow the chain of command by first approaching the department head. If unsatisfied with the response, they can escalate the issue to the executive director.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community depends on the area—whether it is independent, assisted, or memory care.

Communication with Resident's Families

Families are welcome to check in at any time to see how their loved one is doing. We also hold care plan meetings every 60 days or sooner if needed to keep them updated.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays at a cost of $220 a day for a minimum of 30 days.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community as long as the pet is 25 lbs or less.

Waitlist Information

Currently, we have a waitlist only for independent living.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place within our community.
