We do have a waitlist for all apartment styles.

Staff and Training Overview

We have an LPN charge nurse, CNA's, NA's and are currently looking for an RN director. We also have speech, occupational, and physical therapy on site.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Only our front door can be entered into, and it locks at 8pm. Staff then have to let you in the building. There is a camera covering the front entrance, and we are in the process of having cameras installed at all exits. We have 24-hour staffing and a concierge who covers the front from 8-8/8-6.

Transition Support Services

Residents are given a handbook and house rules upon move-in, and staff conduct a 48-hour orientation time.

Transportation Services

We offer medical transportation to doctor appointments, and activities include shopping trips.

Dining Experience

All three meals are served restaurant style, with two choices and a full list of items available if the choices are not something they would like.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Complaints should be made to our executive director.

Communication with Residents' Families

If a resident has capacity, it is the resident who would keep the family updated. A resident without capacity information is given to the POA as needed.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer a respite stay, 30-60. See attached pricing.

Yes.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

We offer an annual clinic for immunizations.

Aging in Place

There are many variables, the answer is yes, however, we are an assisted living community and have to follow the regulations for assisted living by the state. If we cannot care safely for the resident following our regulations, a higher level of care may be needed.
