The Lodge Monthly Service Fee Includes:
- Three restaurant-style meals per day
- All utilities, Wi-fi, and cable
- Weekly housekeeping
- Maintenance services
- Scheduled transportations for outings and medical appointments in Hamilton County
Additional Fees
Security Deposit: $1,200 (refundable upon move-out if apartment is in reasonably good condition)
Wait List Fee: $1,000 (applied to the security deposit upon move-in. $500 refunded if client chooses a competitor, $1,000 fully refunded if client can't move in for medical reasons)
Laundry: $5.00 a load for personal clothing. Flat linens are washed weekly and included in the monthly fee.
