Our staff comprises professionals from various fields, tailored to the specific roles and areas they serve within our community. The training they undergo is designed to meet the unique needs of our residents, ensuring a high standard of care and service.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

For independent living residents, we have implemented an emergency medical pull cord system in all bathrooms, offer a daily check-in system at no cost, and operate a clinic that functions similarly to urgent care. We also host seminars and screenings with local medical professionals and provide 24/7 staff for Assisted Living, Nursing Care, and Memory Support residents.

Transition Support Services

Our resident services team and orientation process help new residents transition into the community, introducing them to staff and the range of amenities and services available.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation for local medical appointments and group transportation to various locations, as outlined in our transportation schedule.

Dining Experience

Independent living residents have access to 5 dining venues, with each level of care having its own dedicated dining area.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can use the Gold Slip Process or contact the relevant department directly to address complaints or issues.

Cost of Living

The cost-of-living increase has varied between 1 and 5% over the last 10 years.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our policy on communication with residents' families depends on the resident’s care level and their medical/power of attorney situation.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Short-term stays in our nursing center are allowed if qualified by Medicare and space is available.

Waitlist Information

While we have available inventory, over 75% of our floor plans are currently on a waitlist.

Vaccination Services

We have provided flu and COVID-19 vaccines on-site to residents and staff since 2006 and the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine, respectively.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place, with the provision that they may need to hire a part-time or full-time caregiver depending on their care needs. We offer a waitlist program for prospective residents.
