Our Care Team
Harbor Chase of Dr. Phillips care team consists of Care Partners, Med Techs and Nurses including a Director of Memory Care and Director of Resident Care.
Safety Measures
The community has various measures in place ranging from in person care check ins around the clock, a pendant system, an emergency paging system in restrooms and bedrooms. This is in addition to the community’s life safety systems.
Transition Support Services
There are various resources and support services in place to aid resident’s transition into the community. This includes Life Enrichment staff members assistance, resident ambassador program and depending on selected product (Assisted Living or Memory Care / Cove) there are additional services available.
Transportation Services
The community offers transportation on a first come first serve availability with a priority to medical background-based requests. We have two vehicles including a bus and a town car. Some transportation requests are subject to charges, depending on distance to the community, unscheduled requests, requests made with less than 48 hours lead time and transportation that requires staff to accompany the requesting party.

At Harbor Chase Senior Living, our culinary artists craft gourmet cuisine to vitalize your senses and surpass your expectations in our thoughtfully designed and well-appointed restaurants and venues. Whether you are in the mood for upscale contemporary, fine dining, grab-and-go options, or signature cocktails, Harbor Chase has got you covered. Our community features also our Fusion Lounge/Bar as an additional food venue in addition to Fine dining (including steak and lobster tail and international cuisines and specialties), counteroffer bistro (grab & go), our signature restaurant, as well as the room service option.
Addressing Complaints
Complaints are being addressed by the regarding managers of the pertaining departments, in addition we can host family meetings with all specialty departments if applicable, as well as meetings with senior director team as applicable.

Harbor Chase of Dr. Phillips is a pet-friendly community, however limitations in size and or weight of the animal may apply.
