Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility employs various types of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), and Caregivers. All staff members undergo Relias training in addition to holding the required certifications for their respective positions.

Measures for Ensuring Safety and Well-Being of Residents

We provide services in both Independent and Assisted Living buildings. For those in Assisted Living (AL), individualized care plans are developed and regularly updated to address evolving needs and ensure the continuous well-being of our residents.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

To facilitate smooth transitions into our community, we have a welcoming group comprised of current residents and staff who assist new residents in acclimating to their new environment.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents to support their mobility and access to external services.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is designed to be enjoyable and nutritious, with 95% of our food being homemade. Residents can enjoy restaurant-style dining with a daily special menu and an 'every day' menu for additional options.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Residents can file grievances if they have complaints or issues that need addressing. These grievances must be followed up on and resolved promptly.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open and regular communication with the families of our Assisted Living residents through care plans and care plan meetings to keep them updated on their loved ones' well-being.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer stays for longer than 30 days at regular rates.

Waitlist Status

Currently, we do not have a waitlist.

Vaccination Availability

Residents can receive Covid-19 and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents in Assisted Living can age in place. However, if Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing is needed, a discussion will be necessary as we are not licensed for those services.
