Professional Staff and Training
Our staff includes LPNs and home health aides who provide medication management and assist with washing, dressing, and showering. They undergo comprehensive training to meet our residents' needs effectively.
Safety and Well-being Measures
The building is securely locked at all times, with residents having a fob to access the building. We include our own lifeline system (PERS) in the rent, and each resident receives one at admission. Additionally, there are pull cords for help by the toilet and in the shower, and a call light system by the bed.
Transition Support Services
The director of nursing, who also serves as the case manager, assists residents with their transition, alongside other staff members. Our chaplain is available to meet with new residents and offer one-on-one support if needed.
Transportation Services
Residents are entitled to 12 bus rides to doctor's appointments annually, and we offer transportation to grocery stores twice a week.

Our dining room offers two seating times for each meal, providing all three meals daily. Residents are required to attend at least two meals in the dining room, though some may have breakfast in their apartments. The menu features a variety of options, and there is assigned seating available.

Residents can discuss their complaints and seek resolution with the director of nursing.
Communication with Residents' Families
The director of nursing outlines her communication process at admission. Each resident has a plan of care, and family members can speak with the director of nursing at any point. In case of incidents, the staff will contact the health care proxy.
