Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our staff includes RNs, LPNs, QMAs, CNAs, MDs, NPs, Physiatrists, and Psychiatrists. We also offer services with optometrists, podiatrists, audiologists, and dentists. All staff members receive annual dementia training and continued in-services based on the needs and wants of our families and residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

All of our homes are secured and equipped with cameras. Additionally, all employees must pass a background check to ensure the safety of our residents.

Transition Support Services

While we do not have a specific program, each department conducts initial evaluations and assessments to get to know new residents. Approximately a week after admission, we hold an interdisciplinary team meeting with the family to review goals and the care plan.

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

The dining experience is best appreciated in person. Food is served directly from the kitchen to the resident, with a special of the day and alternative options available.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents can share concerns with any member of the management team. We document the issue on a grievance form and notify the resident of the resolution once it is reached.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community is $426/day, all-inclusive except for items billed through insurance, beauty salon visits, and specialty mattresses.

Communication with Residents' Families

We offer quarterly care plans and are always available to answer any questions from residents' families, keeping them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays at the same cost as mentioned above.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pets for visitors, but not for residents.

Waitlist Information

Yes, we currently have a waitlist, and the wait time depends on the level of care the resident requires.

Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid, flu, RSV, shingles, and pneumonia vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place. As a skilled care facility, we provide a higher level of care than assisted living, memory care assisted living, and independent living, allowing residents to remain in our community even if their care needs increase.
