1. Overview of Professionals and Training
- David Sanger, Executive Director: Holds a master's in Health Care Administration.
- Our Nurse, Melissa: Oversees all our caregivers.
- Resident Care Manager: Works under the nurse and with care staff on the floor.
- QMAP: Qualified medication aides.
- Cogir Management: Provides ongoing Dementia training for our staff through modules and tests.
2. Safety and Well-being Measures
Our memory care is locked for residents' safety. Residents have pendants to call care staff if needed. Assisted living doors are locked from the outside after dark, requiring a doorbell ring for entry after 5:30pm.
3. Transition Support Services
Yes, we are all trained on aiding residents' transition into the community.
4. Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation for doctor appointments within an 11-mile radius and for outings to places like Walmart and King Soopers.
5. Dining Experience
Our Stampede Grill offers restaurant-style dining with 3 chef-prepared meals a day, including two choices of entrees at every meal and additional options from an anytime menu. Lunch and dinner include salad, soup, entrée, and dessert.
6. Complaint and Issue Resolution
Residents can go to the Executive Director for issue resolution. We also have a resident council that meets monthly with all management staff, residents, and the local Senior Living Ombudsman.
7. Communication with Residents' Families
We provide weekly family emails from the Executive Director, monthly Zoom calls, 24/7 visiting hours, and direct calls to care staff. Care Merge is available, and staff can send pictures to families upon request.

No, we do not offer short-term or respite stays.
9. Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.
10. Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We hosted a flu and COVID-19 shot clinic for all residents and staff. We do not provide COVID-19 shots outside of the clinic.
11. Aging in Place
Yes, residents can age in place with both Assisted Living and Memory Care available in the building. We currently have several units open in both Memory Care and Assisted Living.
