Staff Overview and Training

Our facility employs a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Social Workers, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). We provide training and inservices to our staff and require them to complete continuing education units to ensure they are always updated with the best practices in the industry.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, all guests are required to sign in with the receptionist before proceeding into the main building. This helps us maintain a secure environment for everyone.

Support Services for Transition

We provide support services to aid residents' transition into the community. Social service assistants are available on each floor to assist with any needs or concerns during this process.

Transportation Services

We do not offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

Each floor in our facility has a dedicated dining room. Our menu is predetermined for each meal, offering a well-balanced and satisfying dining experience for our residents.

Complaint or Issue Resolution

If a resident has a complaint or issue they want addressed, they can reach out to our social services team, who will ensure the matter is handled promptly and appropriately.

Communication with Families

We maintain clear and open communication with residents' families through quarterly care plans involving the interdisciplinary team. For any concerns, families can contact the social services assistant on each floor, and nursing concerns can be addressed with one of our Nursing supervisors.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays with a minimum requirement of two weeks. The cost is $360 per day for a semi-private room and $500 per day for a private room. Memory Care options are available at slightly higher rates.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Our community is pet-friendly, with the exception of the dining rooms, where pets are not allowed.

Vaccination Availability

Residents in our community have access to COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, ensuring their health and safety.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place within our community. We do have a waitlist for long-term placement to accommodate new residents seeking our services.
