Availability

For those interested in assisted living, we currently have a waitlist. However, independent living rooms are readily available for new residents. We also offer respite care services, providing flexible short-term stays ranging from a week to two months, accommodating various needs and situations.

Pet-Friendly Environment

We understand the importance of companionship, which is why our community is pet-friendly. Residents are welcome to bring their furry friends along with them.

Transportation Services

Our community provides a van service for all medical appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tuesdays are dedicated to shopping trips, while Thursdays offer outings to public places like restaurants and museums, ensuring our residents stay connected with the community.

Professional and Caring Staff

Our assisted living services are managed by licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and a Residential Care Coordinator (RCC), supported by lead med techs, med techs, and CNA caregivers. A doctor visits every Thursday, ensuring comprehensive healthcare support within our community.

Safety Measures

Residents' safety is our top priority. We provide pendant systems that can be worn around the neck or wrist. In case of an emergency, residents can press the pendant, triggering a call light visible on all computers within the building, ensuring prompt assistance.

Feedback and Complaints

We value open communication and feedback. Residents can direct their complaints or concerns to the appropriate staff, whether it's maintenance issues, care concerns, or other matters. Our goal is to address and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Communication with Families

To keep families and friends informed, we are actively working on a weekly newsletter and utilize blast texts and emails for important updates. This ensures everyone connected to our community is up-to-date with events, changes, or any relevant information.

Dining Experience

Our dining service is designed to offer a restaurant-style experience across three different dining rooms. Residents have the freedom to choose from a menu, select their seating, and enjoy meals prepared by our executive chefs and sous chefs, served by our attentive staff.

Moving Assistance

Understanding the challenges of moving, we provide references for moving companies to assist new residents. While we cannot vouch for these companies directly, we gather feedback to ensure we recommend reliable services. Additionally, we strive to support residents in need, ensuring they have access to necessary resources during their transition.
