Levels of Care
We offer up to four levels of care at Great Oaks. The proper level of care will be determined after an assessment has been completed. You will find the Level of Care cost on the price list.
On-Site Physical Therapy
At Great Oaks, we offer on-site physical therapy with Health Pro Heritage. They are contracted with Accent Healthcare and on the second floor in the building.
Pharmacy Services
There’s no need to go to the pharmacy anymore. Most residents do choose to utilize Great Oaks Pharmacy.
Beauty Salon/Barber Shop
Every Tuesday, the beauty salon/barber shop is open for hair, nails, & pedicures.
Movie Theater
Finally, we all enjoy going to the movie theater every now and then.
