Private Pay Information

We offer the following rates for private pay stays:

• Semi-Private Room: $190 per day
• Private Room: $275 per day (if available)

Types of Professionals and Training at Our Facility

Our staff comprises a variety of healthcare professionals including CNAs, LVNs, RNs, OTs, COTAs, PTs, PTAs, and SLPs who provide direct care and therapy services. All employees are certified or licensed, and we ensure they undergo ongoing training within our facility.

Safety and Well-being of Our Residents

We strictly adhere to all CMS guidelines to ensure the safety of our residents. Our comprehensive systems are designed to prevent issues such as elopement, abuse, and falls, ensuring a secure environment for all residents.

Resources for Transitioning into the Community

Our social worker provides extensive resources to assist residents in transitioning back into the community, ensuring a smooth and supported process.

Transportation Services

We offer a resident van for transportation to most medical appointments. However, it is not used for personal activities that require transportation.

Dining Experience

Most residents enjoy meals in our dining room, selecting from a daily menu for the next day's preferences. Our food consistently receives positive reviews, and our recent annual survey resulted in a deficiency-free kitchen with zero complaints about food quality.

Resident Complaint Process

Residents can file grievances, which are documented and addressed by our social worker and management team to ensure issues are promptly resolved.

Communication with Resident Families

We maintain regular communication through care conferences and promptly update families about any changes in their loved ones' status or treatment plan.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer respite stays at a current rate of $190 per day, with prices subject to change.

Pet-friendly Community

We welcome pets as long as they are vaccinated, allowing them to visit and bring joy to our residents.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Our community supports aging in place, with no current waitlist. Most long-term residents have Medicaid, allowing them to stay and receive care as needed.
