Joint Venture Overview

A joint venture between Genesis Healthcare and Capital Region Healthcare (parent company of Concord Hospital), built in 1999, is located on Concord Hospital’s campus. Granite Ledges houses 72 apartments for both traditional assisted living and specialized memory care.
