Traditional Assisted Living:

From 24-hour resident care staff, meals and medication management to housekeeping and laundry services. GrandeVille ensures exceptional attention in a vibrant community designed to meet the evolving needs of our residents.

Enhanced Assisted Living:

Residents in this unit receive a level of care that is substantially greater than what we can provide in our Traditional Assisted Living. Some of these services include personal care assistance, medication management, toileting assistance, physical assistance with ambulation and transfers. This specialized unit also enables us to do End-of-life or Hospice care in the event it is ever needed.

Memory Care:

This unit provides specialized care to those residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. Some of these services include personal care assistance, medication management, toileting assistance, as well as life enrichment programs 7 days a week.

GrandeVille Short-term Services:

We offer short-term or “respite-type” services from 7-60 days, in all the above levels of care, for the senior that is otherwise unable to stay alone. The program also provides a limited stay for those who need transitional care from rehab to home. It provides the opportunity of a “trial stay” with permanent residency in mind as well as planned vacations, business trips, or “well deserved” time off for oneself.

Adult Day Care:

The program offers a variety of services to the elderly in our community. It is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.

Specialized full and half day sessions are provided in a relaxed, professional, and supervised environment. Geared for the elder adult, this program can also accommodate those with physical disabilities as well as memory impairments.

Our program also offers an activities area, TV lounge, and areas to rest. As well as access to the beauty shop & barber shop and our on-site Podiatrist We do currently have a room available.
