Our team comprises Care Aids, Med Techs, RN’s, LPN’s, servers, cooks, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, each undergoing an onboarding orientation and role-specific training to ensure the highest standards of service and care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have installed pull cords in apartments, cameras in common areas, and offer wearable pendant call alerts. Our use of the ECP software program guarantees timely medication administration and care services.

Transition Support Services

We provide referrals to professionals for downsizing, real estate sales, moving services, legal assistance, financial aid programs, and more, to support residents' smooth transition into our community.

Transportation Services

Our community offers transportation services, including a bus equipped with a chair lift, facilitating residents' mobility and independence.

Dining Experience

Our dining offers open seating, three meals per day plus snacks, with a daily changing menu served restaurant-style, including a variety of options and an “Always Available” menu for additional choices.

Resident Grievance Protocol

We have a structured grievance protocol in place, allowing residents to directly address any issues with the relevant manager or the Executive Director.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our nurse manager maintains communication with the Power of Attorney to keep families informed about any changes in their loved ones' wellness.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, with rates depending on the level of care required, starting from $140/day for level 1 or 2 care, and $185/day for higher care levels, with a 2-week minimum stay.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming residents and their beloved pets.

Vaccination Policy

Residents are not able to receive Covid or flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

With on-site medical specialists, primary care providers, and therapy services, our community supports residents to age in place, offering assisted living and memory care options based on care level appropriateness.
