Assisted Living Facility Information

It would probably be easier to have a discussion on the phone, but I will try to answer your questions as best that I can. We are a licensed assisted living facility and so all of our staff members are trained as per state regulations with the agency for healthcare administration (AHCA).

Services Provided

We provide assistance with activities of daily living which includes showering, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and medication management. We provide three meals a day, laundry and housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments, and a wide variety of activities here on site.

Meal Times and Options

We offer two meal times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with choices of daily specials as well as an always available menu if they don't like what's on the specials.

Management and Communication

We have an open door policy with all of our management team. Residents can always come to the concierge if they have a concern and they will be directed to the proper manager. Same goes for families with questions about their loved one. Depending on what it involves it might be communication with the executive director, or our director of nursing.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly, under 20 pounds. Our residents do need to be able to take care of their own pet, we do not provide pet care period.

Availability and Leasing

We currently do not have a wait list, we have immediate availability. Our leases are month to month.

Pricing

Our pricing will depend on several things. If it is a private or a shared apt, what size apt, and what their level of care is. I will be happy to go over that if you can share a little bit about the person you are looking for. I had attached in my original e-mail our starting price list.
