Our comprehensive package includes weekly housekeeping, all utilities (cable, internet, telephone), activities, transportation within 16 miles, and valet services.

We pride ourselves on the vibrant social life within our community. With multiple musical entertainment events, happy hours, coffee hours, and social events happening throughout the week, there is always something to look forward to. Our aim is to keep our residents engaged and connected.

Flexible Living Options

As an age-in-place community, we offer the flexibility to choose your preferred apartment and the level of care you require, ranging from independent living to assisted living services right in your room. Our team includes registered nurses and we utilize an emergency pendant GPS system for added peace of mind. Additionally, our Transitions Coordinator is available to assist residents with the move from their previous home into our community.

Availability and Rental Terms

While we typically have a long waiting list for our apartments, we currently have a two-bedroom corner unit with a balcony available. Our community operates on a month-to-month rental basis, with no buy-in fee required. We are committed to responsive and prioritized communication through our Executive Director, ensuring any issues are swiftly addressed.
