Staff Training

Staff Training consist of: 10 hours online Dementia Specific, 16 hours on the floor and 12 hours ongoing per year.

Security

We are a secure community. A code secures all exits for the resident's safety.

Support Groups

We offer a caregivers support group at the community every 3rd Wed. of the month

Transitioning New Residents

The team is very attentive to the needs of a new resident and we are with them every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition into the community.

Transportation

We do not offer transportation but can refer you to a couple of transport services

Communication

At time of admission our families are given a list of all managers contacts to address all concerns to.

We use a messaging app to communicate with our families "WhatsApp"-We also share pics of their loved ones and families are free to call to speak to our Executive director or the nurse for any updates or concerns.

Respite and Day Stay

We do offer respite and day stay.

Pet Policy

We welcome dogs under 30lbs to live and to visit.

Health Clinics

We do sponsor Flu clinics. At this time we are not sponsoring COVID clinics.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place. We do have a waitlist
