Private Pay Rate

Our private pay rate is $285.00/day.

Staff and Training

Golden Age is staffed with Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. In addition to the required annual education of each profession, Golden Age requires our employees to undergo state and facility-specific trainings on an as-needed basis. Some examples include Dementia and Abuse Training.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Facility In-Services are done on a monthly and as-needed basis to address common concerns. The facility also has a security camera system and the capability to lock all doors at a moment's notice.

Support for Transition

We have two employees in our Social Service department who are equipped to ease the transition into Golden Age.

Transportation Services

We have a transportation van available to assist with scheduled doctors’ appointments.

Dining Experience

We offer meals served in a dining room or in residents' rooms should they choose to eat there. Snacks and coffee are also offered throughout the day.

Complaint and Issue Resolution

All grievances and complaints are addressed with an investigation and follow-up. Our Social Service department and the Administrator work together to address and resolve all complaints.

Cost of Living

$285 per day

Communication with Families

The facility will notify the responsible party of all major changes with a resident. We also offer quarterly Care Plan Meetings to keep families informed of the progress being made. Families are encouraged to call often and check on their loved ones.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, available on a case-by-case basis at $285 per day.

Pet Policy

We encourage well-behaved pets to visit. We are not set up for pets to stay longer than a visit.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive COVID and flu vaccinations in the community. Each year, you will receive a letter asking if you wish to receive or decline both vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place.
