Resident safety is a top priority. We provide call buttons or pendants for emergencies. Our facility has limited access after business hours, ensuring a secure environment, although we do not have a security guard on-site.

The frequency of nurse check-ins is tailored to each resident's individual care plan, which can range from hourly checks to as needed.

Resident Concerns and Communication

Residents can voice their concerns through a Dropbox system, which is directed to our resident services director. We maintain open communication with residents' families through various channels, including an app, newsletters, and emails.
